Design and construction expertise has come to the fore on this exclusive 108 apartment resort development on the beach at Palm Cove.
FEATURES:
- reinforced concrete/slab construction and reinforced load bearing masonry walls
- basement with pour breaks to allow for differential settlement
- basement walls and slabs waterproofed against ingress of groundwater
- combination of structural steel and timber trussed roofs with colourbond steel cladding
- in-ground reinforced concrete pool
- retention of large trees for landscaping
- temporary de-watering during basement construction while providing temporary irrigation to adjacent trees until the natural water table is restored, and
- imported reconstituted stone locally hand-crafted for interior fixtures.
